I already have adsense so I won't need it, but I'm sure a lot of my readers would love to get the information without dropping any money.

The nice part about this kind of information is you only need to do it once or twice a year or so.  Find a couple of keywords for each different theme of your site (pick a dozen to 20)  make a list and tack them up on a wall next to you.   When I do that I find I get much better with my keyword usage than when I rely on my memory for what the valuable words are</description>
