The nice part about this kind of information is you only need to do it once or twice a year or so. Find a couple of keywords for each different theme of your site (pick a dozen to 20) make a list and tack them up on a wall next to you. When I do that I find I get much better with my keyword usage than when I rely on my memory for what the valuable words are Thanks for the link.
