Why Write Your Own Content?

Writing your own content is hard.  Coming up with 5 or 10 new things to post about every day is hard!  This is especially true if you try to come up with something unique everytime.  Heck, I generally think myself lucky if I have one good idea a day, let alone 10.

Luckily, you don’t have to write all your own content.  You can review and summarize other people’s posts in order to generate lots of posts.  Pages like “The 10 best” or “These are some great posts this week” tend to generate a lot of pages views and rack up the links to them.  By using News Aggregators and other tools you can quickly read an reference a lot of different pages.

Some of the best tools to use in order to summarize other blogs are Bloglines, Technorati, and Google News

Never used these before?  Here are tutorials on Using Bloglines and How To Use Technorati

Do you use any other news aggregators?  Are there some that I forgot?  Let me know below
