After another 6 months, you should have increased your traffic substantially. Additionally, you should have examined your stats and figured out which ads convert the best, where they should be placed and what they should look like, finally you should have learned how to write content that attracted high priced keywords. It is not unreasonable to think a person who puts work into their website can get 1200 page views a day, 2.5 % CTR, and an average EPC of $1. How much does this equate to? $ 30 / day - $ 11850 / year

Finally, 6-12 months later you are a seasoned webmaster of 2 years or more. How much can you be making? Bottom line? It is definitely possible to earn big bucks from adsense. The above example was just that, an example. You can earn more if you work hard and are clever. You will earn less if you don't work consistently on your site. During your beginning as a webmaster, you can vastly increase your earnings just by optimizing your site to get the highest click through rate and making sure your content generates the highest earnings per click. After you have been in the game for a while, it's all about traffic.
